Los videos de Bing son ridiculos
Bing has made a ridiculous, melodramatic commercial in Spanish named “Los Links Episode Uno.” This is apparently their attempt to go viral on Youtube. I don’t think it’s working since I see less than 20,000 views at this point. I do think it’s pretty funny but needs better comedic actors to make it really pop. The end of the commercial promises a follow-up with “to be continued.”
This is the type of commercial that could get really annoying if it played continuously on network television…. and secretly I’m anxiously waiting for “episode dos.”

Verizon and Google Android
My favorite news of the year… Verizon will finally release the Google Android 2.0!
Verizon’s new Android commercial at first glance appears to be an Apple iPhone advertisement with simple text on a white background. However, watchers soon realize the ad is actually mocking the iPhone’s lack of: a real keyboard, ability to run simultaneous applications, a 5-megapixel camera, customization, widgets, open source development, interchangeable battery, and even ability to take pictures in the dark. Of course, the Android does have all of these features!
