Google Ad Innovations consist of new betas like the Adwords Campaign Experiments. According to the link above, “AdWords Campaign Experiments (ACE) is a tool that allows you to accurately test and measure changes to your keywords, bids, ad groups and placements.” Check out the following videos on the ACE program.

Bing has made a ridiculous, melodramatic commercial in Spanish named “Los Links Episode Uno.” This is apparently their attempt to go viral on Youtube. I don’t think it’s working since I see less than 20,000 views at this point. I do think it’s pretty funny but needs better comedic actors to make it really pop. The end of the commercial promises a follow-up with “to be continued.”

This is the type of commercial that could get really annoying if it played continuously on network television…. and secretly I’m anxiously waiting for “episode dos.”

Google’s Chromium Blog offers “news and developments from the open source browser project.”
A recent entry discusses Google Cloud Print, a service that would enable any computer, mobile phone, or other web enabled device to print to any printer.
Cloud computing is gaining popularity, but comes with clear challenges such as the ability to print documents. Until now, the mystery of printing through the clouds has remained unsolved because printers require users to install drivers. However, Google Cloud Print manages print jobs entirely, cutting local operating systems from the equation.
Since it’s open source, Google released their code and documentation on their blog.

Google Mobile Adds Search Suggest, which makes it easier and faster to get your answers. Search suggest shows a drop down as you type your keyword phrase so your answer often shows up before you even hit enter. Here’s an example Google provided:
For example, let’s say you’re flying to London and want to know: Is my flight on time? Or what is the exchange rate of the pound? As you type the flight “Ba 284″ or “Usd in pounds”, the answers are provided right below the search box, without having to wait for the results page. Other searches that show answers include weather (e.g., “weather london”), stock quotes (e.g., “intc”), current time (e.g., “time london”), calculator (e.g. “29*37″) and unit conversion (e.g., “220 miles in km”).
